雌二醇对非离子表面活性剂囊泡粒径的影响

摘要 目的探索雌二醇与胆固醇配比对非离子表面活性剂囊泡粒径的影响。方法选择钙黄绿素作为模型药物,采用薄膜分散法制备非离子表面活性剂囊泡,通过粒径仪测量粒径。结果当胆固醇与雌二醇1∶1、胆固醇用量为0.03g、水化时间1.5h、超声70次(每次3s间隔3s,功率40w)时制备的非离子表面活性剂囊泡粒径最佳,大小为400nm。结论雌二醇可作为囊泡的膜材料,为开发治疗前列腺炎靶向药物提供了依据。 Objective To explore the effects of ratio of estradiol / cholesterol on the particle size of non-ionic surfactant vesicles. Methods Calcein was selected as a model drug,non-ionic surfactant vesicles were prepared by thin-film dispersion method,and the particle size was measured by particle size analyzer. Results The results indicated that the optimal size of non-ionic surfactant vesicles was about 400 nm,when the ratio of cholesterol / estradiol was 1:1 with a dosage of 0. 03 g,the preparation was hydrated for 1. 5 h and treated by ultrasound 70 times( 3 second each,3 seconds interval) with power of 40 w. Conclusion This study demonstrated that estradiol may serve as a vesicle membrane materials,and provided a basis for the development of targeted therapies for prostatitis treatment.
