本文主要从高职计算机专业人才的培养方向、课程建设、教学设计三个方面，论述了对培养目标实现有重要影响的多个因素，并通过案例阐述了计算机专业人才培养目标实现中的一些解决方法。

This paper discusses the factors which had important effect on cultivating goal from three aspects： the cultivation of higher vocational computer professional direction, course construction, and teaching design. And expatiate on some solutions through the cases of computer professional talents training target.
