摘要
目前,常规出砂预测模型适用于油田的常规开采方式,无法满足稠油油藏热采的要求,需要研究稠油热采温度对储层出砂的影响规律,指导制定稠油热采井的完井防砂措施及生产工作制度。对于热采稠油状况下容易出砂的现象进行了研究,对取得的岩心样品分别开展了不同温度蒸汽吞吐后的岩石力学试验,对于储层岩石在注入不同温度蒸汽状况下的岩石力学强度变化规律进行了研究。通过研究蒸汽吞吐下温度变化对岩石力学的影响,修正了常规模型,并可以运用于稠油油藏出砂规律的预测。通过相关研究表明注入蒸汽之后储层的强度会降低;蒸汽吞吐在第一轮次的情况下岩石性能已大大改变,出砂可能性大大增加,伴随着轮次次数的增加,影响已不明显。
At present,regular sanding prediction model was suitable for conventional production in oilfields,it could not meet the requirements of thermal recovery of heavy oil.Then the influence of heavy oil thermal recovery temperature on sand production was researched to provide guidance for taking the measures of sand control and setting the production system.Based on the condition of high sand,rock dynamic experiments for core sample were carried out on different steam huff-and-puff temperatures,and the change regularity of rock mechanic strength was researched on different steam injecting temperatures.By studying the impacts of temperature variation on rock mechanical properties,the regular model was modified and it was used for predicting sand production regulation of heavy oil.The results show that the oil intensity in the reservoir is reduced after steam injection,and after the first round of steam huff-and-puff mechanical properties of rock has changed greatly,the possibility of sand production is raised greatly.With the increase of injection times,the influence is not obvious.
