扁桃斑鸠菊组织培养技术初探 被引量:5

摘要 以扁桃斑鸠菊的带芽茎段为外植体,初步研究了其组织培养及再生体系建立相关技术。带芽茎段经过1 g/L的升汞消毒后,分别接种到含有不同激素的启动培养基上进行诱导,并对其继代培养基和生根培养基进行筛选优化。结果表明:带芽茎段的最佳诱导培养基为MS+6-BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.05mg/L,诱导率达到86%且诱导芽生长健壮;较好的继代培养基为MS+6-BA0.1mg/L+NAA 0.01mg/L,继代芽叶色浓绿,继代系数平均达到5.6;较好的生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA 0.1mg/L,生根率大于90%,生根系数达到8。
