摘要
《迎接未来学习——重思教育技术》作为美国教育部于2016年最新发布的国家教育技术计划,从技术赋能的学习、技术赋能的教学、教育技术时代的领导力、教育技术时代的学习测评、教学生态系统建设等五个方面系统阐述了近年来教育技术的发展与应用,以及对美国中小学教育和高等教育的影响与冲击。结合国内教育信息化发展现状和趋势,文章分析了技术赋能的学习内涵、技术赋能的学习内容、技术赋能的学习实践、消除数字鸿沟、技术赋能的学生、技术赋能的学习空间和学习技术的未来,旨在对该计划技术赋能的学习部分进行解读,并简要概括了其对国内教育信息化环境下的学习研究及其实践的启示。
Future Ready Learning——Reimagining the Role of Technology in Education presents current practices and advances in technology-enabled learning, technology-enabled learning teaching, educational leadership in technology-enabledtime, technology-enabled assessment and technology-enabled educational ecosystem in America,and discusses the influence technology has exerted on different levels of American education. Based on present developments in China, the paper interprets technology-enabled learning from such perspectives as conceptions of technology-enabled learning, technology-enabled learning resources, technology-enabled learning practices,technology-enabled students, reducing digital divide and future of technology-enabled learning, and comments on its probableinfluences upon learning science and practicesin China.
