The Construction of Learning Performance Evaluation Model in a Flipped Classroom

摘要 近年来,翻转课堂作为一种新型教学模式,对课堂教学产生了重要的影响。文章结合Kirkpatrick评估模型和布卢姆教学目标分类理论,构建了翻转课堂下学习绩效评价四层次模型,并通过问卷调查和访谈收集样本,对该模型进行了实证研究。通过数据分析,文章得出以下结论:应建立多层次、多样化的评价体系,客观全面地对学习绩效进行评价;注重翻转课堂评价的差异性;重视过程评价和学习绩效评价并重原则。 As a new teaching model, flipped classroom has influenced classroom teaching greatly in recent years.According to Kirkpatrick's evaluation model and Bloom's taxonomy of dducational objectives, a learning performance evaluation model of 4 levels in a flipped classroom was constructed. The paper conducted an empirical study of that model through a questionnaire survey and interview. According to the data analysis, the following conclusions can be made: Firstly, a multi-level and diversified evaluation system should be established in order to evaluate the learning performance objectively and comprehensively; secondly, the differences among the evaluations in different flipped classroom phases should be emphasized; lastly, paying equal attention to process evaluation and learning performance evaluation.
