教师教育案例教学的实践价值及其实现机制

On Practical Value of Case Teaching in Teacher Education and Its Realization Mechanism

摘要 案例教学作为教师教育的一种教学模式,它的教学价值集中体现在它的实践价值上。案例教学的实践价值主要表现在:帮助学生理解与验证教育理论;养成学生交流与合作的能力;提高学生的反思意识与能力。案例教学实践价值的实现机制主要由三个部分构成:教学案例是实现案例教学实践价值的主要前提;平等对话是实现案例教学实践价值的基本途径;多重评价是实现案例教学实践价值的必备手段。 The case teaching is a kind of teaching model of teacher education and its teaching value is mainly embodied with practical value,which shows in the following:first,it helps pre-service teachers understand and test educational theory;second,it cultivates their ability of communication and cooperation and third,it improves their awareness and ability of reflection.The realization mechanism of case teaching includes three parts.The teaching case is the fundamental premise,the equal dialogue is the basic way and the multidimensional evaluation is the necessary means.
