摘要
为了解决因醋糟丢弃造成的环境污染,降低榆黄蘑栽培的生产成本,以醋糟为主料设计榆黄蘑的栽培配方,以菌丝的生长情况、出菇产量、生物学效率以及经济效益等为评价指标,筛选出一个最佳配方(醋糟70%、麸皮29%、蔗糖1%)。利用该配方栽培榆黄蘑,不仅出菇产量和生物学效率可以达到生产配方的水平,而且生产成本节省了近40%,具有明显的经济效益和生态效益。
To solve the pollution problem caused by the discharge of vinegar residue and reduce the production cost of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing,take vinegar residue as the main material to design the cultivation formula of Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing.The mycelial growth,mushroom yield,biological efficiency and economic benefit are evaluated;the optimal formula(70% vinegar residue,29% wheat bran and 1%sugar)is screened.The mushroom yield and biological efficiency can achieve the level of production formula,and 40% of cultivation cost can be saved.Using vinegar residue for Pleurotus citrinopileatus Sing cultivation has considerable economical and ecological benefits.
