铸造产品升级与高端铸件研制的关键问题论述

Key Problems Talk about Up-Grading of Casting Products and Development of High-End Castings

根据首届中国铸造节铸铁件生产技术专场交流会中4个高端铸件生产企业的交流发言,提出了产品升级与高端铸件研制的关键问题:(1)铸造强国梦的实现,需要众多强企支撑,铸造企业的转型改造、产品升级是这一时期的重要任务;(2)铸件性能的高要求与铸件质量的高稳定性,是高端铸件的2个必要条件,缺一不可;(3)生产高质量、高性能、高水平的铸件,需要首先做好基础技术工作并严格进行过程控制,而质量理念与管理能力是质量稳定性的决定性因素。

Based on the speaks of representatives from 4 high-end casting producing enterprises on the special intercommunication meeting of iron castings production technology during the First China Foundry Festival,the key problems about casting products upgrade and high-end castings development were proposed as follows:( 1) The realization of the foundry great power dream needed supports from numerous powerful foundry enterprises,and transition,remodel and products upgrade of foundry enterprises were their present important task.( 2) High properties requirements and high quality stability of castings were two necessary conditions,none of them was dispensable.( 3) In order to produce high quality,high properties and high level castings,it was necessary first of all to do well the basic technical work and strictly conduct process control,and the quality concept and the management ability were the determining factor of the quality stability.
