摘要
介绍了低温铁素体球墨铸铁高端铸件与高纯生铁的关系。通过转向架轴箱铸件生产实例及大量数据说明生铁中各元素对铸件质量的影响,并指出:铸件质量的好坏,除了与铸造企业的技术水平和企业管理严格与否有关之外,还与原材料质量有关,特别是与生铁质量有关。生铁的纯净度对铁液的纯净度、石墨形态、韧-脆转变温度、基体组织、晶间夹杂等均有很大的影响。因此,为了确保铸件质量及质量稳定,在选用生铁时,一定要严格限制S、Mn、P以及微量元素的含量,并且要求它们的含量要严格稳定。
The relation of low-temperature ferrite nodular iron high-end castings with high-purity pig iron was introduced. By showing casting production example and a lot of data,the influence of various elements contained in pig iron on quality of casting was explained and it was pointed out that the quality of castings was depended not only to the technology level and management level,also to the quality of raw materials,especially to the quality of pig iron. Purity of pig iron has important influence on the purity of the iron melt,graphite morphology,tough-brittle transformation temperature,matrix structure,inter-crystal inclusions and so on. Therefore,in order to ensure quality and quality stability of the castings,it was necessary,when choosing pig iron,to strictly restrict the contents of S,Mn,P and trace elements and require their contents to be strictly stable.
