介绍了感应电炉熔炼铸铁的特点及发展趋势,叙述了筑炉、熔炼操作要点,并分析了"大象脚"、炉口脱落与穿铁、炉龄低的主要原因。防止大象脚的主要措施有:(1)禁止乱加料、用大料;(2)经常通料;(3)一旦发现有大象脚倾向,要及时停炉修补。解决炉口脱落与穿铁的方法有:(1)炉嘴须修理到位;(2)采用合理的炉嘴结构;(3)避免加料时炉料对炉口的撞击;(4)勤维护,出现脱落及时修补。提高炉龄需要考虑:(1)选择合适的炉衬材料;(2)筑炉衬时震击时间不宜过长;(3)炉衬的烧结温度应高于正常出铁温度50℃左右;(4)熔化过程中要及时除渣;(5)尽量缩短炉衬在高温下的工作时间。

The characteristics and developing tendency of melting iron with induction furnace were introduced. The key points of lining building operation and melting operation were described,and the main reasons causing elephant foot-shaped lining,furnace spout falling off,iron melt penetrating through the lining and short furnace working life were analyzed. The main measures to prevent elephant foot-shaped lining were:( 1) Prohibiting random charging and using big charge material.( 2)Often poking the charge materials.( 3) In case when the elephant foot-shaped lining formation tendency being found,it must to stop melting and repair the lining in time. The method to avoid furnace spout falling off and iron melt penetrating through the lining was:( 1) The furnace spout must be repaired to fully meet requirements.( 2) Using rational spout structure.( 3) Avoiding the charge materials striking the spout during charging.( 4) Frequently maintaining and repairing in time when falling off occurring. In order to lengthen furnace life,it was necessary to pay attentions to:( 1) Choosing proper lining material.( 2)Jolting time shouldn't be too long when building furnace lining.( 3) The sintering temperature of the lining should be higher than the normal iron tapping temperature by about 50 ℃.( 4) It was necessary to skim slag in time in melting process.( 5)Shorting as possible the high temperature working time of the lining.
