中频炉熔炼在球墨铸铁生产中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 由于中频炉熔炼的排放量较少,对环保有利,因而采用的铸造厂越来越多。以10 t中频炉为例,介绍了采用中频炉的有关注意事项。为延长炉衬、炉底寿命,防止铁液泄漏事故,炉衬和炉底修筑必须严格按照工艺规程进行。详细叙述了球墨铸铁铸件化学成分控制原则:w(C)、w(Si)量高,铁液铸造性能好,但w(C)、w(Si)量过高会导致石墨漂浮;Mn能促进珠光体形成,过高会导致脆性;S和P均对球墨铸铁质量不利,应严格控制;RE和Mg过低会影响球化,过高会增大白口和缩孔、缩松倾向。同时介绍了净化剂的功效、出铁温度和浇注温度的选择原则,以及球墨铸铁件的铸造工艺设计。 Since the dust and soot emission of the intermediate frequency induction( IFI) furnace was relatively less and favorable to environment,therefore the foundries adopting this kind of furnace were increasing. Taking 10 t IFI furnace as the example,the attentions concerned with usage of this furnace were introduced. In order to lengthen working life of the furnace liner and hearth to prevent iron melt leakage accident,the build of furnace liner and hearth must be conducted strictly according to the processing procedure. The principle to control chemical composition was described in detail:high C,Si contents were beneficial to casting properties of ion melt,however,too high contents would cause graphite floatation;Mn promotes pearlite formation,but too high contents would cause brittleness;S and P were unfavorable to the quality of the nodule iron,both of them must be strictly controlled;too low RE and Mg contents would be unfavorable to nodularization,too high contents would cause chilling,shrinkage cavity and porosity tendency increasing. The efficiency of melt purificant,choosing principle of tapping and pouring temperatures,as well as method design of nodular iron castings was introduced.
