摘要 类鼻疽是一种主要分布在热带和亚热带地区的人畜共患新发传染病。该病以败血症和感染动物实质脏器以及皮肤等器官形成化脓性结节为特征。本文根据国内外相关文献资料,结合作者对家畜类鼻疽临床病例的诊断与治疗,对该病的流行病学、生态学、病原学以及动物感染后的临床症状、诊断和防治进行了介绍,以期为相关技术人员提供该病诊断和治疗方面的新信息。 Melioidosis is an emerging infectious zoonotic disease mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions. It is characterized by sepsis and formation of purulent nodules in parenthetical organs and skin of infected animals. In this paper, the progresses of epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prophylaxis of animal melioidosis are introduced according to the author's clinic experiment and relevant documentations both home and abroad to provide reference for related technicians.
