摘要
为了初步探究内质网应激在牛卵泡闭锁过程中起到的作用,实验采用荧光定量PCR(q RT-PCR)方法对健康卵泡及闭锁卵泡中内质网应激相关基因的表达情况进行了研究。结果表明:闭锁卵泡颗粒细胞中内质网应激相关基因Atf4,Atf6,Grp78,Grp94,Xbp1,Chop,Caspase12的表达均显著高于健康卵泡。说明内质网应激参与了牛卵泡闭锁的发生,为研究牛卵泡闭锁及卵泡选择的分子机制提供了重要参考价值。
To preliminarily explore the role of endoplasmic reticulum stress bovine follicular atresia,we use fluorescence quantitative PCR(q RT-PCR) to detect the expression of several genes which are involved in endoplasmic reticulum stress between bovine healthy and atretic follicles. The results show that: The expression of Atf4, Atf6, Grp78, Grp94, Xbp1, Chop, Caspase12 in atretic follicles are significantly higher than the one in healthy follicles. It is suggested that endoplasmic reticulum stress may account for the bovine follicular atresia to some extent, and this study provides important reference to the investigation of molecular mechanisms of bovine follicular atresia and follicle selection.
