摘要
本研究在深度访谈、问卷调查的基础上,对山东X高校学生进行了调查,探讨了德育量化管理模式对其生活、学习、观念等方面的影响。研究结果表明,德育量化管理在具体实施中存在目的功利化、过程工具化、方法僵化问题。高校德育量化管理工作必须回归德育本质,确立学生主体意识,回归生活世界。
Based on the depth interview and questionnaire survey,this paper has the research among the students in Shandong X University and discusses the influences of moral quantitative management mode on students’life,learning and ideas. It shows that there are some problems in the application,such as utilitarian-ism of the aim,toolization of the process and ossification of the method. The management must return to the na-ture of the moral education,establish the students’subject consciousness and finally return to the living world.
