3种不同材质输液容器对8种药品的吸附性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的8 种药品分别被溶解于5%葡萄糖和0. 9 %氯化钠溶液后,观察其在3 种不同材质输液容器中的吸附性.方法:将8 种药品分别定量溶于含有5%葡萄糖250 ml 或0. 9 %氯化钠100 ml 中,并置于玻璃输液瓶、PVC 输液袋、M312C 非PVC 输液袋中,于混匀后的0h,1 h,3 h,24 h,48 h 取样,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)进行药物含量测定.结果:对比48 h 与0 h 的药物含量百分数:淤PVC 输液袋多柔比星、头孢噻肟钠、头孢巯脒的含量下降至80. 75%-88. 73% ;于玻璃输液瓶头孢噻肟钠和头孢巯脒下降至80. 75%-87. 57%,除水溶液不稳定药物外其它药物含量下降均小于10%;M312C 非PVC 输液袋除水溶液中不稳定的药物外,其他的药物含量下降均小于10%.结论:PVC输液袋和玻璃输液瓶对部分药物均具有明显的吸附性,而非PVC 输液袋对药物吸附性较小. Objective: To investigate adsorbability of aqueous solutions( in 0. 9% sodium chloride and 5% dextrose) of eight injectable drugs in different kinds of intravenous solution containers. Methods: The eight injectable drugs were dissolved into 250 ml of5% dextrose and 100 ml of 0. 9% sodium chloride firstly,then filled into glass bottles( G),PVC infusion bags( PVC),and M312 C non-PVC infusion bags( NPVC),and mixed homogeneously. Samples of the drug solutions were collected at 0,1,3,24,and 48 hours and analyzed by HPLC method. Results:( 1) The contents of Doxorubicin,cefotaxime sodium,and Cephathiamidine in the PVC at 48 h were reduced to 80. 75% ~ 88. 73% comparing those at 0h.( 2) The contents of cefotaxime sodium,and Cephathiamidine in the G at 48 h decreased to 80. 75% ~ 87. 57% comparing those at 0h; in addition to the aqueous solution of unstable drugs,other drug contents decreased to less than 10%.( 3) In the M312 C NPVC,except for the unstable aqueous solution of the drugs,the contents of the other drugs decreased to less than 10%. Conclusions: PVC infusion bags and glass infusion bottles have the obvious adsorbability on some drugs; however,the adsorbability of non-PVC infusion bags is less.
