摘要
开展了涡轮叶片电子束物理气相沉积热障涂层制备技术研究,并研究了涂层工艺对叶片高温合金基体力学性能的影响。结果表明,涂层对高温合金基体力学性能不明显,通过调整电子束加热模式可以改善叶片表面温度均匀性。通过合理设计涂覆夹具,可以实现涡轮叶片局部涂覆功能。涂敷涂层过程中涡轮叶片气膜孔直径不可避免地减小。
Preparation of thermal barrier coatings(TBCs) by electron beam physical vapor deposition(EB-PVD) and the effects of coating processing on the mechanical properties of superalloy substrates were investigated. The results indicate that the change of mechanical properties of the substrates with TBCs can be neglected. The temperature distribution uniformity could be improved by adjusting electron beam heating patterns. Partial deposition of YSZ coatings onto blades was fulfilled by optimizing the masking fixture. The diameters of cooling holes on the surface of gas turbine blade were inevitably reduced during the deposition of TBCs.
