摘要
采用大气等离子喷涂技术在Ti-6Al-4V合金表面制备了铝硅聚苯酯(AlSi/PHB)涂层,分别对涂层试样进行了静态空气下127℃、200℃、250℃和350℃的恒温氧化试验,分析了涂层的组织结构、硬度、结合强度随保温时间的变化,并对不同保温时间后涂层与钛合金叶片的对磨刮削可磨耗性进行了评价和研究,初步探讨了涂层在高温下服役的失效形式和机理。结果表明:AlSi/PHB涂层在200℃及以下表现出优异的热稳定性;在250℃和350℃下涂层热稳定性较差,在350℃下保温至100h时涂层可磨耗性能明显降低。
AlSi/PHB coating was prepared on the surface of Ti-6Al-4V alloy by plasma spraying. Static isothermal oxidation tests for the coating specimens were performed at four different temperatures(127℃,200℃,50 ℃ and 350 ℃). The variations of microstructure, hardness and bonding strength of the coating with dwelling time were analyzed, and its abradability with the mate of titanium alloy blade was evaluated and researched, as well as the failure mode and mechanism serving at high temperature was discussed. The results indicate that AlSi/PHB coating shows excellent thermal stability for long term service at or below 200 ℃, but at 250 ℃ or 350 ℃ its thermal stability is unsatisfactory, after a heat treatment of 100 h at 350℃ the abradability of the coating degenerates significantly.
