摘要
教学反思是提高教学品质、促进教师专业发展的关键因素。通过问卷调查和访谈,邀请全国8省份107名大学英语教师参与研究。结果表明:网络环境对教师的教学反思起到客观的支撑和促进作用,达到增加反思知识、丰富反思体验、强化反思调控的目标;网络环境下教师开展教学反思遇到的问题主要包括隐私保护不健全、评教环境良莠不齐、管理组织不到位、网络技术水平限制等。
Teaching reflection is a key factor in improving teaching quality and teachers’ professional development. This study collects data from 107 EFL teachers who come from eight provinces of China, through questionnaires and interviews. It proves that the Internet environment supports and promotes teaching reflection of EFL teachers in the aspects ofachieving the goals of increasing the reflection knowledge, enriching the reflection experience and strengthening the reflection control; the current problems of teaching reflection of EFL teachers in the Internet environment include the lack of sound privacy protection, friendly evaluation environment, effective administration andgood command of network technique.
