摘要 从教师自身因素及外在因素两方面分析了当前小学数学课堂教学管理中存在的问题,提出教师应在课堂教学中对学生进行有效引导,实施有效的课堂合作管理,引导学生养成倾听的良好习惯,以提高课堂教学管理方法的有效性。
