摘要
本文以运营商与互联网ICP的合作共赢为基本出发点,提出了内容运营的概念,内容定向运营的模式,并建立了相应的模型,为运营商与互联网ICP之间和合作提供了可量化的合作模式及相应的建议。
Starting with the win-win cooperation of operators and Internet ICP, this article comes up with the conceptand model of content operation, builds the calculation model as well. It provides quantifi able model foroperators and Internet ICP, practical advices as well.
