摘要
在充分发挥预分解技术原理,最大限度地提高分解炉的能力和技术性能,同时又充分发挥 “正常火焰煅烧”操作制度的优点的基础上研究出来的操作技术,建立在对系统进行精准空气平衡计算的基础上,因此叫做“精准平衡操作技术”.该技术首先是将三次风管的阀门开度增大,然后通过合理调整窑头喷煤管的四个风速和各自风量之间的合理匹配、合理篦冷机的操作,最终实现熟料烧成的高质、高产、低消耗、低排放的目标.其表征是(1) 三次风管的阀门开度在85%~100%;(2)喷煤管定位在窑口中心线以上(0,10~50);(3)采用“正常火焰煅烧制度”.其特点是:以理论计算、数据分析为依据;以系统空气平衡为操作前提;以保证分解炉用风(三次风)为重点;以采用“正常火焰煅烧制度”操作为原则;以窑头罩的温度、压力两个数据为主要控制参数;正确使用喷煤管.
The technology of precise and balanced operation,established depending on precise computation to air equilibrium of system,is studied to sufficiently improve capacity and technical perfermance of decomposing furnace,and take advantage of the 'normal flame calcination' operation regime.It can achieve the objection of high quality and production,low consumption and emission by reasonably adjusting four air speeds and air flow of coal injection pipe in kiln head,and the operation of grate cooler.The detailed operation is described as follow:1) The valve of tertiary air duct has an open degree of 85%~ 100%;2) coal injection pipe is located above center line of kilneye(0,10~50);3)Normal flame calcination regime is applied.The features of the system contain:It is based on the theoretical calculation and data analysis,regard air equilibrium as precondition,guarantee reasonable tertiary air,adopt 'normal flame calcination regime',control temperature and pressure of kiln hood and correctly use coal injection pipe.
