摘要
建立了评价阻燃丙烯腈–丁二烯–苯乙烯塑料(ABS)材料热稳定性的不同方法,从阻燃剂及添加剂的分解机理进行分析,发现Mg O对四溴双酚A具有很好的热稳定作用,硬脂酸镁/有机锡热稳定剂组合很好地抑制氯化聚乙烯(PE-C)的热降解,开发了一种具有较好热稳定性的阻燃ABS热稳定体系,具有很好的市场应用前景。
The different evaluation methods of flame retardant acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) material thermal stability was established, the flame retardant and decomposition mechanism of the additives were analyzed. Tetrabromobisphenol A (TBBA) contained MgO has good thermal stability, Mgst/DMA-Sn thermal stabilizer can well inhibit the thermal degradation of chlorinated polyethylene (PE–C), the flame retardant ABS system with better thermal stability is developed, it has good market application prospect.
