激素依赖性乳腺癌患者中医体质调查及相关证候研究

Investigation of TCM Constitutions and Relevant Syndrome Study on Patients with Hormone-dependent Breast Cancer

目的研究激素依赖性乳腺癌患者中医体质分布特点,为其辨证施治提供参考。方法采用王琦教授九种体质判断标准量表调查法,结合中医四诊综合辨识方法对210例激素依赖性乳腺癌患者实施中医体质辨识,并研究中医体质与中医辨证分型的相关性。结果 210例激素依赖性乳腺癌患者的中医体质类型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),阴虚质占43.8%(92例),气郁质占15.2%(32例),气虚质占11.4%(24例),血瘀质占7.6%(16例),阳虚质占6.7%(14例)。患者中医证型分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),冲任失调证占63.8%(134例),肝气郁结证占16.2%(34例),脾胃虚弱证占11.4%(24例)。冲任失调证与中医体质相关性有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论激素依赖性乳腺癌患者中医体质类型多为阴虚质,辨证分型多为冲任失调证,且冲任失调证与中医体质具有相关性。

Objective To study the distribution characteristics of TCM constitutions of hormone-dependent breastcancer patients; To provide references for TCM diagnosis and treatment. Methods TCM constitution differentiation inthe 210 patients with hormone-dependent breast cancer were investigated by a questionnaire survey, which is madeaccording to the Classification and Determination of TCM Constitutions invented by professor Wang Qi and fourmethods of diagnosis of TCM, with a purpose to investigate the correlation of TCM constitutions and TCM syndromedifferentiation typing. Results There was statistical significance among TCM constitutions of the 210 patients withhormone-dependent breast cancer （P〈0.001）, with yin deficiency 43.8% （92 cases）, qi stagnation 15.2% （32 cases）, qideficiency 11.4% （24 cases）, blood stasis 7.6% （16 cases）, and yang deficiency 6.7% （14 cases）. There was statisticalsignificance among TCM syndromes （P〈0.001）, with dysfunction of Chong and Ren channels 63.8% （134 cases）,stagnation of liver qi syndrome 16.2% （34 cases）, weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome 11.4% （24 cases）.There was statistical significance between dysfunction of Chong and Ren channels and correlation of TCMconstitutions （P〈0.001）. Conclusion Most hormone-dependent breast cancer patients are accompanied with yindeficiency pattern and the syndrome differentiation typing of dysfunction of Chong and Ren channels. There iscorrelation between dysfunction of Chong and Ren channels and TCM constitutions.
