摘要
研究了一种电流控制型双BUCK级联形式的宽输入开关电源,其适应输入电压的宽范围变化,能够随输入电压的变化而调整工作模态,从而减小电路损耗与器件的电压应力。然而采用电流型控制方式会导致次谐波振荡,导致系统的不稳定,从几何角度分析了引起功率管占空比振荡的原因,介绍了电流的斜坡补偿技术,并在仿真分析的基础上搭建了实验平台,从而验证了设计方案的可行性。
Analyzed a current-controlled double?BUCK cascade converter of wide-input switching power supply.Which the range of the input voltage is wide and the working modes can be changed according to the input voltage.The circuit loss and the voltage stress can be reduced. The sub harmonic oscillation would be introduced by thecurrent-type control. The system might instable. The reason of duty shocks from the geometric point of view and theslope compensation were discussed. The current slope compensation was introduced. An experimental platform basedon the simulation results was established to prove the feasibility of the scheme.
