摘要
水下管汇在线安装是指将水下管汇、海底管道终端、三通等结构物在铺管船作业线上与管道连接,并随管道通过托管架安装到海底的过程。结合海洋石油201船特性,根据其几何限制、能力极限条件及管道强度要求等,针对水深、管径、结构物湿重及长度对海洋石油201船的水下管汇在线安装的极限能力进行评估,并形成极限能力包络线。采用OrcaFlex通用有限元软件,分析过程分为裸管分析、关键位置筛选分析、详细静态分析以及结果后处理。已知设计基础数据包括水深、管道外径和壁厚、水下管汇长度和湿重,通过查阅海洋石油201船的水下管汇在线安装能力包络线,对水下管汇的安装方案做出预判,为工程实践提供参考。
In-line manifold installation means that manifold, PLET or in-line Tee is connected to pipeline on the fireline and then installed by stinger to seabed. Combined with characteristics of HYSY 201 ,within its geometry limitation, capacity limitation and strength capacity of pipeline, capacity assessment on in-line manifold installation is carried out, and then capacity envelope curve is generated about water depth, diameter of pipeline, wet weight and length of in-line manifold, provided reference for engineering practice. OrcaFlex software is adopted. Analysis procedure includes pure pipeline analysis, critical position screening analysis, detailed static analysis and resuits post process. Based on given design basic data including water depth, diameter and wall thickness of pipeline, wet weight and length of in-line manifold, by referring to capacity envelope curve,the installation schemes of subsea manifold can be estimated.
