摘要
吊点关乎海上吊装作业安全,在工程实施中非常重要。基于工程需要提出了结合ANSYS和SACS、利用有限元分析技术校核吊点强度的流程和方法。该方法高效准确,取代了以前吊点计算依赖人工的半经验、半解析方法。并应用该流程完成了某海洋平台吊点的强度校核,结果表明该吊点设计满足规范要求,并已成功完成海上吊装。探讨了圆环结构沿吊绳方向和沿吊孔孔径方向两种施加载荷的方式,在工程应用中推荐采用载荷沿吊孔孔径方向施加。实践证明了提出的方法可靠、安全,可为其他圆筒结构、局部结构的设计提供指导。
Lifting padeye is related to the safety of offshore lifting operation, which is very important in engineering implementation. Due to the engineering' s need, a strength check process and method which combined ANSYS and SACS and used finite element analysis technology are proposed for the lifting padeye design. This method is effective and accurate, and replaced the semiempirical and semi-analytical method depended on personal experience to design the lifting padeye before. The strength analysis of a project lifting padeye is complete by applied the above method, and it was shown that the design of lifting padeye meet the specification requirements. This lifting padeye had already been successfully used in the offshore lifting. The two load applied direction mode of ring structure is discussed, one is along the lifting rope direction and the other is along the aperture direction of the ring. The latter one is recommended in engineering application. It was proved that the method proposed in this paper was reliable and safe by practice. This method is also provided the guidance for the design of other cylindrical structure, local structure, and there is a good application prospect.
