优化安全措施对提高幼儿放射科检查的配合及减少辐射伤害的影响效果

Effect of Cooperation of Optimizing Safety Measures on Improving Children's X-ray Examination and Reducing the Influence of Radiation Damage

目的：分析优化安全措施对提高幼儿放射科检查的配合及减少辐射伤害的影响效果.方法：研究课题选择2014年10月～2015年10月某院放射科接收的拍片患儿100 例作为研究对象,并将其归为实验组,开展安全措施优化,另选择2013年10月～2014年10月某院放射科接收的拍片患儿100 例,归为对照组,本组未实施安全措施优化.比较两组患儿的拍片配合度以及DAP 情况.结果：实验组的拍片配合度、拍片时间以及-次拍片成功率皆优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义.实验组DAP 低于对照组,差异显著.结论：安全措施的优化有利于减小辐射对人体的伤害,保护患儿身体健康.

Objective:To analyze the effect of cooperation of optimizing safety measures on improving children's X-ray examination and reducing the influence of radiation damage.Methods:Select 100 cases having received filming from October 2014 to October 2015 in the hospital as the research object,who served as the experimental group and treated by optimized safety measures.The other 100 cases having received filming from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital as control group,who were treated without optimizing the safety measures.Compare cooperation degree and DAP of the two groups.Results:Cooperation degree,shooting time,and a success rate of shooting of the experimental group are better than those of the control group,which is statistically significant.DAP of the experimental group is lower than that of the control group,and the difference is significant.Conclusion:The optimization of safety measures is good for reducing the radiation damage to human body and protecting children's health.
