标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Standard Large Trauma Craniotomy in Treating Patients with Severe Brain Injury

目的：观察并分析标准大骨瓣开颅术治疗重型颅脑损伤的临床效果.方法：研究对象取2013年1月～2015年1月期间来某院神经外科收治的80例重型颅脑损伤病例,根据随机数字表法将其均分为对照组与观察组各40例,对照组患者采取常规骨瓣开颅术处理,观察组则实施标准大骨瓣开颅术,随访观察半年,评估两组治疗效果,并对研究结果相关数据统计学处理.结果：与对照组相比,观察组治疗总有效率更高,神经功能缺损评分改善更优,组间差异显著而具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：在重型颅脑损伤手术方案中,标准大骨瓣开颅术疗效确切,可有效改善预后,促进神经功能恢复,具有积极的临床意义.

Objective:To observe and analyze clinical effect of standard large trauma craniotomy for treating severe brain injury.Methods:80cases of severe traumatic brain injury treated in a hospital from January2013 to January 2015 were selected as the research object,who were randomly divided into control group observation group according to numbers with 40 in each one,The control group received conventional craniotomy treatment,and the observation group received standard large trauma craniotomy treatment.Then observe the two groups for half a year and analyze the related data statistically.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher total efficiency,and better neurological function,which were statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:In severe brain injuries surgery program,the standard large trauma craniotomy is effective,which can effectively improve the prognosis,promote neurological recovery,with positive clinical significance,which deserves promotion.
