生物反馈电刺激以及盆底肌锻炼应用于妊娠产妇产后盆底功能康复中的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation and Pelvic Floor Muscle Exercise Applied in the Pregnancy Maternal Postpartum Pelvic Floor Functional Rehabilitation

目的:分析生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底康复的效用。方法:选取产妇作为研究对象,分为几个组别。检测产妇治疗前后的I类,II类的盆底肌纤维、肌电位均值情况以及疲劳度情况。结果:每组盆底肌电位明显升高,两者差异显著,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05),疲劳度则明显降低。结论:使用电刺激联合生物反馈治疗以及三者联合治疗可以发挥非常显著的协同作用。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined pelvic floor muscle exercise on postpartum pelvic floor rehabilitation.Methods:Selecting maternal as the research object,who were divided into several categories.Test type I,II pelvic floor muscle fibers and fatigue,muscle potential average condition of maternal before and after treatment.Results:Pelvic floor muscles potential of each group rises obviously,and fatigue is reduced significantly,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of electrical stimulation with biofeedback therapy and combined therapy can play a very significant synergies.
