腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症治疗中的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Application of Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Endometriosis

目的:探讨腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症治疗中的临床效果。方法:将某院收治的96例子宫内膜异位症患者作为调查对象,将其分为对照组48例与治疗组48例,对照组主要采用传统的开腹手术治疗,治疗组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院天数、复发率、不良反应等。结果:治疗组的总有效率为97.78%,比对照组的89.76%要高,P<0.05对比差异显著,有统计学意义。其中治疗组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气时间、住院天数、复发率、不良反应都要比对照组低,具有比较差异。结论:对子宫内膜异位症患者采用腹腔镜手术治疗,效果较为显著,在很大程度上改善了患者的疾病症状,缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,值得推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods:Select 96 cases with endometriosis treated in a hospital as research object,who were divided into the control group and treatment group with 48 cases in each group.The control group were treated by the traditional open surgery,and the treatment group were treated by laparoscopic surgery.Then compare the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stay and the recurrence rate and adverse reaction of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.78%,while control group 89.76%,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time,hospital stay and the recurrence rate and adverse reactions of the treatment group are better than those of the control group,which are statistically significant.Conclusion:laparoscopic surgery is good for patients with endometriosis and the effect is significant which can greatly improve the symptoms of the patient's disease,shorten operation time,reduce intraoperative blood loss,is worth promoting.
