阿昔洛韦结合聚肌胞应用在带状疱疹患者治疗中的临床疗效

Clinical Curative Effect of Application of Acyclovir Combining Muscle Cell in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster Patients

目的：对带状疱疹患者治疗中应用阿昔洛韦结合聚肌胞方案的临床价值进行评定.方法：采取随机法选择深圳鹏爱医疗美容医院激光科2013年6月～2015年10月接收的带状疱疹患者共50例,作治疗组,本组入选患者均接受阿昔洛韦结合聚肌胞方案治疗;同期选择带状疱疹患者共50例作对照组,本组入选患者均接受聚肌胞治疗,对两组入选患者临床效果进行客观比对.结果：研究中,治疗组入选患者有效率98.00%,对照组96.00%,（P〉0.05）,同时治疗组入选患者水疱的干涸时长、止疱时长及止痛时长均短于对照组,而且对比有差异（P〈0.05）.结论：在带状疱疹临床治疗中应用阿昔洛韦结合聚肌胞方案效果突出.

Objective:To assess the clinical value of applying acyclovir combining muscle cell in the treatment of herpes zoster patients.Methods:Randomly choose 50 patients with herpes zoster treated in laser branch of Shenzhen Pengai Medical Cosmetic Hospital from June 2013 to October 2015 as treatment group,and the selected patients accepted acyclovir combining muscle cell solution treatment;at the same time choose a total of 50 patients with herpes zoster as control group,and this group received muscle cell therapy.Finally the clinical effect of the two groups are compared.Results:In the study,the effective rate of the treatment group is 98.00%,the control group 96.00%,(P>0.05),while the blister dry time,blister length and pain relief time of the treatment group are shorter than those of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of of applying acyclovir combining muscle cell in the treatment of herpes zoster patients is prominent.
