综合护理对急性重症胰腺炎患者情绪影响分析

Analysis of the Impact of Comprehensive Nursing on Acute Severe Pancreatitis Patients' Emotion

目的:分析综合护理对急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)患者情绪的影响。方法:选取某院76例SAP患者,将其随机分为对照组38例采用常规护理,试验组38例采用综合护理,比较两组情绪。结果:干预后试验组强迫、躯体化、焦虑、抑郁等情绪评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理对缓解SAP患者焦虑、抑郁、恐惧情绪,改善患者应对方式具有重要意义。

Objective:To analyze the the impact of comprehensive nursing on acute severe pancreatitis patients' emotion.Methods:76cases with SAP in a hospital were selected,who were randomly divided into a control group(38cases)receiving routine care,and experimental group(38cases)receiving comprehensive care.Then compare the emotion of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,compulsion,somatization,anxiety,depression and other emotional scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing is important for relieving anxiety,depression,fears of the patients with ASP and improving curing methods for the patients.
