摘要
目的：探讨健康宣传教育联合心理护理在艾滋病患者中的效果.方法：选取2014年1月～2014年12月某院收治的艾滋病患者120例,随机分为对照组同研究组各60例,对照组患者使用常规护理,研究组患者使用健康宣传教育联合心理护理,对比两组患者的护理结果.结果：在两组患者的护理结果方面,研究组患者的护理满意度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论：艾滋病患者的护理过程当中,健康宣传教育联合心理护理能够显著改善效果,临床上应当进一步推广应用.
Objective:To study the effect of health propaganda and education combined psychological nursing in patients with HIV/AIDS.Methods:Select 120 cases of HIV/AIDS patients treated in a hospital from January 2014 to December 2014 as research object,who were randomly divided into control group and research group with 60 in each one.The control group received routine nursing care,and the research group received health propaganda and education with psychological nursing,then compare the nursing results of the two groups.Results:For the nursing results of the two groups,the satisfaction of the research group is significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing process of HIV/AIDS patients,health propaganda and education combined psychological care can significantly improve the effect,which shoule be further popularized in clinic.
