过敏性紫癜加味芍药甘草汤辨证治疗的效果研究

Research on the Effect of Dialectical Treatment by Using Flavored Peony Liquorice Decoction in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura

目的：研究加味芍药甘草汤辨证治疗过敏性紫癜的临床效果.方法：选取2013年1月～2015年3月期间,96例过敏性紫癜患者,并随机分为观察组与对照组各48例,对照组全部采用西医药物治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,根据患者的不同类型,采用不同的加味芍药甘草汤辨证治疗;观察对比两组患者的临床治疗效果.结果：观察组的临床效果总有效率为93.75%,显著高于对照组（72.92%）.结论：加味芍药甘草汤辨证治疗过敏性紫癜,具有显著的临床疗效,无不良反应发生,安全有效,值得推广应用.

Objective:To research the clinical effect of flavored peony liquorice decoction in the treatment of Allergic purpura.Methods:Choose 96 patients with allergic purpura treated in a hospital from January2013 to March 2015,who were randomly divided into observation group and control group with equal cases in each one.The control group were treated by the western medicine and the observation group were treated by flavored peony liquorice decoction based on the western medicine according to different types of the patients.Then compare and contrast the clinical effect of the two groups.Results:The overall clinical effect of observation group was 93.75%,significantly higher than that of the control group(72.92%).Conclusion:Flavored peony liquorice decoction is good for the treatment of allergic purpura,safe and effective without adverse reactions,which is worth popularization and application.
