Objective:To study influence of the control of HbA1 Cconcentrations on diabetes' clinical complications. Methods:Select 150 cases withtype 2diabetes treated in a hospital from January 2014 to January2015,who were randomlydivided into the experimental group and the control groupaccording to the determination of glycosylated hemoglobin content.Questionnaire survey was conducted in the two groups, then the results were compared.comparing differences between two groups of patients. Results:According to the results of the comparison between the experimental group the incidence of hypertension and cerebrovascular disease is significantly higher than control group(P<0.01),merging the incidence of coronary heart disease patients with similar between the two groups have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Study on the relationship between the control of glycosylated hemoglobin and complications, according to the results of the experimental group patients suffering from peripheral neuropathy complications and the incidence of fatty liver disease complications is significantly higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The glycated hemoglobin level and the common complication of diabetes mellitus, closely related, such as hypertension, cerebrovascular disease, and complications associated with the patient, such as peripheral neuropathy, the occurrence of fatty liver has a close relationship, positive and effective control of its level is of great significance for the prevention of complications of diabetes mellitus.
