香榧种子生物学特性研究

摘要 对黄山地区的香榧种子的生物学特性进行研究,结果表明:香榧种子为卵状椭圆形,长18.27 mm^33.88mm、宽11.63 mm^19.66 mm、百粒质量为412.9g,含水量为38.35%;对混沙层积催芽120d种子和新鲜种子解剖观察比较,刚成熟的种子胚很小,不到成熟胚的1/3,具有生理后熟现象;对香榧种子分别用酸蚀、机械损伤处理与完整种子作为对照,进行吸水率比较,表明香榧种皮的机械阻碍不仅降低了吸水速率,也减少其吸水数量,吸水量降低46.01%以上。 The biological characteristics of Torreya grandis ‘Merrillii' Seeds in Huangshan was studied. The results showed that: Torreya grandis ‘Merrillii' Seed was obovate- elliptic and length 18. 27 ~ 33. 88 mm,width11. 63 ~ 19. 66 mm and the hundred- grain weight of it was 412. 9g,the water content of it was 38. 35%. Compared the seed after 120 day' s stratification with the fresh seed in anatomy,the embryo of the fresh seed was tinier and the length of it was shorter than one third of the ripe' s. which means the seed has physiological after- ripening phenomenon. Take torreya grandis ‘Merrillii' Seeds witch treated with acid etching or physical fracture and the intact seed as a comparison,the results of the treated seed' s water absorption indicated that the husk obstruction not only reduce the rate of water absorption,but also reduce the amount of water absorption,water absorption decreased over 46. 01%.
