摘要
不压井技术设备对其所起下的管柱结构的要求严格,首先对海洋油田目前常见的各种生产管柱与该项工艺的适用性和受力情况进行了分析,其次分别对带电缆的生产管柱、带射孔枪的管柱、气举生产管柱、射流泵生产管柱、压裂管柱、自喷管柱、带封隔器的完井管柱等在模拟海上油气田井下环境的情况下进行了起下作业。模拟实验表明:不压井工艺可以在海上进行试验应用,但从井控角度考虑,对管柱上不带有电缆等管线的生产管柱,要对其防喷器系统的密封性进行改进,以确保防喷器组的压降控制在2%以内。
Snubbing process and equipment present strict requirements for structures of pipe strings. In this study, analysis was made on commonly used production strings in offshore oilfields, together with suitability and forces of snubbing process. Then, tripping operations were conducted for production string with cables, pipe string with perforation guns, production string for gas-lifting operations, production string with jet pumps, pipe string for fracturing operations, pipe string for open flow development, completion pipe string with packer and other pipe strings in simulated dowehole conditions of offshore oil/gas fields. Results of simulation tests show that snubbing process can be tested and deployed in offshore oilfields. Sealing capacity of BOP system in production string with no cable shall be enhanced to ensure safety of relevant operations.
