梯形迷宫堰数值模拟及体型优化设计 被引量:7

摘要 采用标准k—ε紊流双方程模型,引入VOF方法处理自由水面,根据气—液两相流计算模型对迷宫堰的流场进行了数值模拟,计算结果与试验数据较为吻合。模拟结果表明,采用数值模拟可以计算出迷宫堰的泄流能力,解决迷宫堰的泄流问题。从最大限度抬高正常蓄水位、实现雨洪安全高效利用的角度出发,通过确定迷宫堰的优化设计原则、优化目标、约束条件建立梯形迷宫堰模型,以石路水库为例结合UWRL流量计算法对该模型分析求解,并结合坝顶高程安全复核方法确定结果的可行性。结果表明采用该方法即能够最大化提高水库的蓄洪能力,还能保证大坝安全泄洪,满足安全高效利用雨洪资源的原则。 The turbulence model was applied to simulate the turbulent overflow of labyrinth weirs, VOF method which made tracks for freesurface and air-water multiphase flow models was introduced and the computational results fitted with experimental data. The result shows thatnumerical simulation can be widely used to compute labyrinth weir discharge capacity and solve the discharging problems. In order to raisenormal water level and realize the aim of rain and flood efficient and safe utilization, the author built a trapezoidal labyrinth weir model withdesign principle, objective function and constraints, used Shilu Reservoir as an example to analyze and calculate the model with UWRLflow-meter algorithm and then judged the feasibility with safety review methods of the dam crest elevation. The results show that using themethod can not only improve reservoir flood storage capacity, but also keep the dam discharge safely, which fits the principle of rain andflood efficient and safe utilization very well.
