摘要
结合近年来普通混凝土、高强度混凝土等不同类型混凝土抗冻性研究的相关成果,通过配置不同水灰比和砂率的辽河特细砂混凝土试块,进行冻融循环试验,分析不同水灰比及砂率对特细砂混凝土抗冻性的影响。结果表明:水灰比为0.45的特细砂混凝土试块的抗冻性能明显好于水灰比为0.55的;砂率为27%的特细砂混凝土试块抗冻性能稍好于砂率为25%的;采用水灰比为0.45、砂率为27%配置特细砂混凝土时,其试块可经受的最大冻融循环次数为223次,达到了F200。
This study carried on the freezing and thawing tests for configuration of the super-fine sand concrete in the Liaohe River withdifferent water-cement ratios and sand coarse aggregate ratios on the base of researches on ordinary concrete, high strength concrete and othertypes of concretes in recent years, then analyzed the influence of water ratio and sand coarse aggregate ratio on the frost resistance of superfine sand concrete. Results show that the frost resistance is better when the water-cement ratio is 0.45 than that of 0.55; the frost resistanceis better when the sand coarse aggregate ratio is 27% than that of 25%. In addition, when the water-cement ratio is 0.45 and the sand coarseaggregate ratio is 27%, the maximum freezing and thawing recycle is 223 times and reaches to F200.
