课堂要素是指课堂教学活动中所关涉到的各种主客观因素。高效课堂是教学效率高、教育成果显著的课堂。"看、听、讲、想、做、动、静"是学生成长和生存必备的基本能力,也是达成课堂有效性的七个基本要素,有层级性特征。高效课堂基本要素的组合配型应遵循适合学生、适合内容、适合教师、适合情境及类型多样化原则。

Class elements refer to various subjective and objective factors related to the class teaching activities.Efficient class is a highly efficient teaching and learning class with remarkable educational achievements.＂Watching,listening,speaking,thinking,doing,being dynamic and being static＂are essential abilities for students＇ growth and survival,which are also the seven basic elements for reaching class efficiency.These elements are in a hierarchical structure.In order to create an efficient class,combination of these fundamental elements should follow these principles：being suitable for students,being suitable for contents,being suitable for teachers,and being suitable for situations and with diversified types.
