秸秆颗粒日粮条件下添喂气溶胶OT和多聚甲醛对妊娠后期母羊消化代谢的影响 被引量:1

Effects of the Supplement of the Aerosol OT and Paraformaldehyde on the Digestion and Metabolism of Postpartum Pregnant Ewes Fed with Pelletized Cornstalk Diet

摘要 为了研究秸秆颗粒日粮条件下添喂气溶胶OT和多聚甲醛对妊娠后期母羊自由采食量、消化代谢和产羔等的影响。从配种前4周起给多羔小尾寒羊母羊群饲喂粉碎玉米秸秆占68.3%的日粮,之后从中选取18只约3岁、体重约50kg的妊娠小尾寒羊母羊,随机分为3组(气溶胶OT组、多聚甲醛组、对照组),每组6只,从妊娠第90天起直至产羔,饲喂秸秆颗粒日粮,分别添喂每千克日粮800mg气溶胶OT和每千克日粮300mg多聚甲醛,在妊娠第121天至第130天进行消化代谢实验。结果表明,添喂气溶胶OT,与对照比绵羊的干物质自由采食量增加19.8%(P<0.05),对干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、纤维素和总能的(表观)消化率无显著影响,但其消化量分别增加28.5%(P<0.05)、30.0%(P<0.05)、21.8%(P<0.01)、7.0%和20.1%(P<0.05),氮、钙、磷保留量分别增加38.4%(P<0.01)、17.9%(P<0.01)和13.0%(P<0.05),产后母羊增重增加82.4%(P<0.01),羔羊出生窝重增加12.2%(P<0.01);添喂多聚甲醛,绵羊的干物质自由采食量增加24.4%(P<0.05),对干物质、有机物、粗蛋白、纤维素和总能的(表观)消化率无显著影响,但其消化量分别增加32.1%(P<0.05)、30.5%(P<0.05)、21.6%(P<0.01)、5.8%和15.3%(P<0.05),氮、钙、磷保留量分别增加38.9%(P<0.01)、22.3%(P<0.01)和14.2%(P<0.05),产后母羊增重增加88.2%(P<0.01),羔羊出生窝重增加13.5%(P<0.01)。研究表明,在颗粒日粮的基础上,再添喂气溶胶OT或多聚甲醛,可进一步改善妊娠母羊的营养状况。 In order to study the effects of respectively supplementing the aerosol OT and paraformaldehyde on the voluntary intake,digestion,metabolism and lambing etc of postpartum ewes,from 4weeks before mating,a flock of Small Tail Han ewes were fed with ground cornstalk diet(accounted for 68.3%),and then 18 pregnant ewes,about 3years old,body weight about 50 kg were selected and were randomly divided into 3groups(group of aerosol OT,group of parformaldhyde,group of control)and were fed with diet composed of pellitized cornstalk,from 91 days of pregnancy to delivery,and group of aerosol OT and group of parformaldhyde were supplemented with aerosol OT(800mg/kg of diet)and paraformaldehyde(300mg/kg of diet)respectively.The experiment of the digestion and metabolism was carried out during the pregnancy of 121-130 d.The results showed that the supplement of aerosol OT increased voluntary intake of dry matter(DM)by 19.8%,which had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of the DM,organic matter,crude protein,cellulose and gross energy,but the digestive amount of them were increased by 28.5%,30.0%,21.8%,7.0% and 20.1%respectively,the retention of nitrogen,calcium and phosphorus was increased by 38.4%,17.9% and 13.0% respectively,the ewe postpartum body weight gain was increased by 82.4%,the nest weight of lambing was increased by 12.2%.the supplement of paraformaldehyde increased voluntary intake of DM by 24.4%,which had no significant effect on the apparent digestibility of the DM,organic matter,crude protein,cellulose and gross energy,but the digested amount of them were increased by 32.1%,30.5%,21.6%,5.8% and 15.3% respectively,the retention of nitrogen,calcium and phosphorus was increased by 38.9%,22.3%and 14.2%respectively,body weight gain of postpartum ewes was increased by 88.2%,the nest weight of lambing was increased by 13.5%.This study shows that on the basis of feeding pelletized diet,the supplement of aerosol OT or paraformaldehyde could furthermore improve the nutrition status of pregnant ewes.
