1-MCP处理对新疆不同品种西梅贮藏效果的研究 被引量:5

摘要 以新疆阿克陶县的5个西梅品种为材料,将1-甲基环丙烯(1-MCP)处理后的西梅置于2~4℃、相对湿度90%以上的条件下贮藏,定期测定其硬度、可溶性固形物、呼吸强度等指标。结果表明,1-MCP处理可以明显延缓西梅果实硬度、总酸含量的降低。1-MCP处理对西梅的维生素C含量和可溶性固形物含量影响不明显。除来客的呼吸高峰出现在第21天外,其他4个西梅品种均出现在第7天。对西梅进行1-MCP处理后,可以明显抑制其腐烂率的增加,从而延长了果品的贮藏期。另外,新紫兰是适宜做大规模商业贮藏的西梅品种。 Five varieties of prune in Aketao county,Xinjiang were used as materials.The prunes treated by1-methyl propylene(1-MCP)were stored in the condition of 2-4 ℃,relative humidity above 90%,whose firmness,soluble solid content,respiratory intensity were regularly determined.The results showed that treatment of 1-MCP can significantly inhibit the fruit hardness and total acid,treatment of 1-MCP has no significant effect on prune's vitamin C content and soluble solids content.Respiratory peak of the other four varieties of prune appeared in 7th day except‘Record'in 21 st day.After treatment of 1-MCP,rotting rate of the prune could be inhibited.Thereby,the storage period of prune fruit were prolonged finally.‘Xinzilan'can be used for commercial storage.
