摘要
气田的集气管线水合物防治是气田地面工程需解决的普遍问题之一.国内各大气田,在集气生产过程中,采用高压集气工艺、井下节流低压集气工艺等多种集气工艺技术,防止管线冻堵,保障气田生产.东胜气田属于低渗透气田,单井产量低、压降速度快.通过开展先导试验并结合苏里格气田、大牛地气田生产经验分析,认为高压注醇集气工艺、井下节流低压集气工艺适用于东胜气田.并以东胜气田2015~2020 年规划产建目标为基础,经过对高压注醇集气工艺和井下节流低压集气工艺方案的技术经济对比,以及结合气藏特征及环境条件,推荐东胜气田采用井下节流低压集气工艺.
How to effectively avoid gas hydrate in gas gathering pipeline remains a significant problem in gas field surface engineering. In the process of gas-gathering, high pressure gas gathering and low pressure underground throttling technologies are used at most gas fields to prevent the pipeline freezing and guarantee the gas field production. Dongsheng gas field is a low permeability gas field which single well production is low and the pressure drop is fast. Through pilot test combined with production experience analysis of Sulige gas field and Daniudi gas field, it is considered that the high pressure alcohol injection technology, low-pressure underground throttling gas gathering process are suitable for Dongsheng gas field. Based on the production goal from 2015 to 2020, the technical economy comparison between high pressure gas gathering technology and low pressure underground throttling technology are made combined with the character of gas reservoir and environment condition. Finally, low pressure underground throttling technology is recommended for Dongsheng gas field.
