Supply side structural reform is rich in economic theory foundation.The evolution of economic thought history shows that it has different value and theoretical basis when emphasize the demand side or supply side at different times,the supply side structural reform in China not only embodies the new economic growth theory,institutional change theory and development economics theory,but more fully reflects the practical requirements of China's economic development.In essence,it is an important part of the political economy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Shanghai in the process of promoting the supply side of structural reform,must continue to adhere to the pilot,and accelerate decentralization,promote science and technology innovation center and four center construction,improve the efficiency of economic growth.
