摘要
纵观美国自白派代表诗人西尔维亚·普拉斯的诗歌创作,从早期注重形式与技巧的哥特风格,到成熟期的直率坦诚、自由不羁,呈现出一个渐变的过程,表现出明显的阶段性。本文提出,伴随这种阶段性跃升的,是其诗歌创作心理机制的变迁:由移情主导的构思方式,经历了从"物移我情"到"我情注物"的逐步演变。同时,独特意象的构建也是复杂心理活动的结果,它从客观世界中选取对象,经过想象、联想、理性等的加工与改造而在诗歌中最终成型。
As a typical genre of American Confessional Poetry,Sylvia Plath's poetry writing exhibits an obvious gradual shift from form-artifice oriented Gothic style in her early stage of creation,to straightforward and casual one in her maturation stage. Accompanied with the stages of ascending development is the evolution of psychological mechanism in her poetry writing : the empathy-leading poetry production has transformed from the phase that 'object stimulates subject's emotions'to the phase that 'subject's emotions impregnate object'. In addition,the distinctive imagery in her poems is the construction of sophisticated mental activities,resurfacing as a complex of chosen objects from the external world through imagination,association and rational creation.
