英国学前教育改革的成功经验及启示 被引量：8

摘要 20世纪90年代以来,以"新工党"为代表的英国政府对学前教育进行了前所未有的改革,其改革的成功经验对我国当前发展学前教育的启示是:完善我国学前教育发展的政策环境,为儿童"长远发展和幸福奠基";加大弱势儿童的资助力度,确保每位儿童拥有"最好的生命开端";推进托幼保教一体化进程,确保托幼机构"服务于儿童整体发展";加强对托幼机构的监管,确保学前教育机构不断"提升服务价值"。
