Livelihood Issues and the Early Practice of the Communist Party of China （topic for a special discussion）

民生问题乃中国经济社会发展之重大问题。对此,中共历代领导人都高度重视,并根据不同时期的历史特点制定不同的施政原则,以更好地关注、保障和改善民生。由此而言,民生问题也就成为中共党史研究中的一个重要问题。即便是作为中共主要创始人之一的李大钊,身处北洋军阀执政动荡不定年代,其民生思想和实践也仍然值得高度重视。本组文章即主要围绕"民生问题与中共早期实践"这一主题,并以李大钊的民生思想和实践为聚焦点展开探讨。应该说,围绕这样一个主题展开讨论,对于搞清楚李大钊民生思想和实践的相关史实,深化李大钊研究有着诸多助益。同时,也有助于我们研究中共在历史上认识和解决民生问题的经验及教训,丰富对中共早期民生思想和实践的理性认知。当然,相关的探讨或许也可为当今社会解决民生问题提供一些借鉴。

People＇ s livelihood is a major issue in China＇ s economic and social development valued much by all leaders of Communist Party of China （ CPC）, so it is very important in the researches of the histo- ry of the CPC. Li Da - zhao, one of the main founders of the CPC, lived in the period of the Northern War- lords （1912 - 1927）, but his theory and practice of livelihood issues are still valuable. This group of papers focuses on Li Da - zhao＇ s historical facts of theory and practice. At the same time it will help us to study the experience and lessons in the history of the CPC to solve the problem of people＇s livelihood, enrich the early i-deas and practice of the CPC, and also provide some reference.
