摘要
为了让学生在掌握知识的过程中切实获得能力的发展,弥补现行课程标准未对学科核心能力标准进行明确系统设计的缺失,本研究尝试从理论层面对"学科能力"的内涵进行界定,据此研制、构建适合北京地区教学实际的学科能力标准体系,并给予具体的教学建议与案例指导,最终形成了集内容标准、能力水平和教学建议于一体的纲领性文本。接着探索各类教学标准之间的对接与融合问题,围绕已形成的学科能力标准开展成规模的实证研究,并以学科能力模型为基础,开展以核心素养为主线的教学改进实验研究。
In order to help the students really develop their competency in the process of mastering knowledge, and to make up for the deficiency that the current curriculum standards fail to design the subject competency standards clearly and systematically, this study, which is based on a full absorption of existing research results, tries to define the connotation of "subject competency" from the theoretical level, and to construct a subject competency standard system. Meanwhile, based on specific teaching suggestions and case guidance, a programmatic guideline covering content standards, competency level and teaching suggestions is eventually formed. As a follow up, this study explores the integration of various teaching standards, and starts an empirical research as well as a teaching improvement research with key competency as the main line.
