^99Tc^m-3P4-RGD2 scintimammgraphy in the assessment of breast lesions: comparative study with ^99Tc^m- MIBI

摘要 乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤,早期明确诊断及尽早行外科手术等治疗是降低死亡率的关键因素。^99Tc^mMIBI是一种亲脂性阳离子物质,已被有效地用于乳腺癌早期诊断并得到临床广泛认可。^99Tc^m3P4-RGD2是一种与整合素αvβ3具有特异性高亲和力,含有RGD三肽序列的新型环状二聚体显像剂,其在诊断乳腺癌、肺癌、食管癌及恶性脑胶质瘤方面具有较高的诊断价值。
